Mindfulness Meditation: The Art of Conscious Living

An Eight-Week Meditation Workshop with Thomi Liebich

Mindfulness Meditation is the practice of being vibrantly present in one’s own experience of life. It’s a way of cultivating a courageous capacity to be fully present to whatever we encounter in our lives. Mindfulness allows us to get to know the workings of the mind, then to train the mind, and ultimately to liberate the mind. As we practice in this way, we learn to open our hearts with loving kindness toward ourselves and everyone we encounter.

The Mindfulness Meditation Workshop operates entirely on donation basis. Participants are encouraged to give a heartfelt donation at the end of the workshop. In this way, teacher and students have the opportunity to extend themselves in an atmosphere of free giving.

This Workshop is based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s book Full Catastrophe Living. Thomi Liebich is a certified yoga teacher and has been practicing Buddhist Mindfulness Meditation for over 15 years. He has studied and practiced meditation in the tradition of S.N. Goenka and with Sharon Salzberg.
